Nobody's Lonesome for Me : ウィキペディア英語版 | Nobody's Lonesome for Me
"Nobody's Lonesome for Me" is a song written and recorded by Hank Williams on MGM Records. ==Background== "Nobody's Lonesome for Me" is an up-tempo, humorous number of unremitting self-pity, with Williams lamenting, "When the time rolls around for me to lay down and die, I'll bet I'll have to go and hire me someone to cry." It was cut at the same session as "Moanin' the Blues" but, as biographer Colin Escott notes, it was "clearly a B side. It had no bridge, and lacked the radio-friendliness of 'Moanin' the Blues'." The session personnel remains somewhat inconclusive: Jerry Rivers (fiddle); Don Helms (steel guitar); Sammy Pruett (electric guitar); probably Jack Shook (rhythm guitar); Ernie Newton or "Cedric Rainwater," aka Howard Watts (bass); and Fred Rose or Owen Bradley (organ). Williams was so hot at this time that even his B-sides were charting; "Nobody's Lonesome for Me" hit #9.
